By accessing and using the NutraRoot website (www.nutraroot.pk) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. • NutraRoot reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly. • We strive to ensure all product information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is selected. • For Bank Transfer orders, your order is processed after payment confirmation via WhatsApp. • NutraRoot reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued. • COD is available for orders up to Rs. 5,000 only. • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer (Meezan Bank).

• Delivery charges are Rs. 250 flat for all orders across Pakistan. • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or remote locations. • NutraRoot is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information. Items on sale are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. • NutraRoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Use our website for any unlawful purpose • Submit false or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

NutraRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
