📋 Overview
At NutraRoot, we carefully review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair to both parties. All exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
✅ Eligible for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery if:
- ✓The packaging is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- ✓The item does not match the original specifications of the product.
- ✓You received a wrong product that differs from what you ordered.
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- ✗Exchange request is made outside the 5-day timeframe.
- ✗The product has been used or opened.
- ✗The product has been tampered with.
- ✗Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
- ✗Change of mind or personal preference.
📝 How to Raise a Dispute

Send Photographic Evidence
Email clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item to hello.nutraroot@gmail.com.
We Review Your Claim
Our team reviews each case carefully and fairly. We will contact you with a decision.
Replacement Sent
Once approved, a replacement is dispatched. Our delivery rider picks up the faulty product at the time of replacement delivery.
💰 Refunds
- •Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
- •Rs. 150 is deducted for return delivery charges in case of refund.
- •Original delivery charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable.
- •Items purchased on sale will not be refunded.
